Fernanda Magalhães

Trainer at K21, consultant at Nower, and co-author of the books Agile HR, Agile Culture, Formiguitas, and Lina, the Dancing Caterpillar. She lectures on Agile HR at PUC-Rio's HR MBA. She spent 11 years working with global teams in a multinational and served as people manager. In the agile world since 2015, she has built teams and trained leaders, introducing new ways of working everywhere she has worked.
